Credentials
Everything a review panel needs, on one page.
If you’re running an agency review or a tender, this is the short version of who we are and how we work. If something you need is missing, email Melisa and we’ll send it.
Who we are
Zoom Agency is a 360° creative and marketing agency for hospitality, tourism, food and drink, and lifestyle brands. Founded in 2020 by Melisa Beleli, who has been creating content since 2012, we’re a small senior team based in Türkiye.
Services and ways to work
Five disciplines under one roof: branding, influencer marketing and press trips, UGC production, events and PR, and social and paid media. You can take one, or let us run the whole engine, as a launch, as a monthly 360° strategy, or as a single project.
Markets and languages
We work across Türkiye, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France and Russian-speaking audiences, and we host creators from 20+ source markets. We brief and work in English and Turkish.
Clients by sector
Tourism and destinations: GoTürkiye. Airlines, through the GoTürkiye programme: Turkish Airlines, SunExpress and Pegasus. Hotels and resorts: Hillside, Paloma Group, Grand Yazıcı, Lujo, INZA Ovacık and Gaia Hotels in Çeşme, plus a PR dinner at Four Seasons Sultanahmet. Restaurants, food and drink: Simit Sarayı, Avlu Restaurant at Four Seasons Sultanahmet, Monreve Group, SushiCo and Pepsi. Events: ARKAS, with Monreve Group.
Team
Zoom is a small team led by Melisa Beleli, with social publishing and editing in-house. You meet Melisa in the pitch, and the people who work on your account are the people you met.
How we work with large clients
We adapt to your processes, your approvals and your reporting formats, and we join your channels, tools and weekly meetings. Every creator signs a written contract that sets out deliverables and usage rights. Every trip ends with a report, and monthly retainers include monthly reporting. If a channel stops working, you hear it from us first, with a plan already attached. We reply to every enquiry within two working days.
